The staff at Nam Long Hotel provided very good service and were fairly friendly. the location is particularly good, just a short walk to restaurants, the river, a beach, and lots of bars and restaurants on the seafront.

attentive staff, splendid views onto the sea and the town, everything is exceptional. the rooms are new-fashioned and airy, with a balcony, a high ceiling, and wifi. the hotel offers satisfactory meal in the morning, outstanding food. the location is good, 1 km from bridge. this property is located next to a national park and a church.

Perfect spot for a 2-night trip! the food here is really good with a nice variety to choose from. It's just about a 10 km ride from the airport 🍴🏨.

The venue has new-fashioned rooms with extra comfort, 2 double beds, magnificent view, and welcoming staff. the hotel is situated in a central location and everything worked out really well. the restaurant serves healthy local food.

Our experience at Nam Long Hotel was really nice. the place was reasonably clean and offered lovely sea views. the staff were excellent and amicable, and the hotel provided large beds in our suite. the common bathroom was clean, and we were able to check in very early. Convenient parking was available nearby, and they also offered wake, up calls and ironing services at no extra charge.

The rooms are well-priced and spacious with stunning sea views, offering incredible service and a good breakfast to enjoy.

The spacious quadruple room with large windows allowing plenty of natural light was fantastic, and having amenities like an electric kettle, fridges, and glassware was a nice touch.

The staff was very helpful and attentive. the accommodation was perfect and reasonably clean. - There was free Wi-Fi throughout the property. - the service in general was incredible.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in the city center. The quadruple room was clean and spacious with comfortable beds. The staff spoke English well and were incredibly caring and helpful, even assisting my mom with getting medicine from a pharmacy. They arranged tours and transportation for us, providing excellent recommendations for activities in the national park. The location was perfect, within walking distance of restaurants, shops, bars, and travel agents. it was a great experience and we wish we could have stayed longer!

The location of Nam Long Hotel is unbeatable and magnificent, right on the river. You can walk everywhere. the units are modern and spotless. Don't forget to visit the nearby Tree Hugger Cafe, they have the best coffee ever.

Everything is what I need and want.

The room was massive and comfy. Staff were really helpful. Beautiful drive to Phong Nha caves. Friendly family running the hotel. Clean and spacious room. Great breakfast with lots of choice. Location right next to the river. Generous and friendly hosts.

I had a wonderful experience during my Easter stay at this hotel. the large room with a bay window was absolutely spotless and the linen and towels were of superb quality. the staff was incredibly helpful and even organized my trip to Phong Nha and Dark Cave, which I highly recommend. the location of the hotel was great, situated near the river, gardens, and various bars and restaurants. the hotel was conveniently located just a few hundred feet away from the bus stop to Phong Nha.

The wet room bathroom concept didn't really appeal to me, although it was still functional. the shower pressure could have been better, but luckily there was the option to use the bath instead.

The value for money at Nam Long Hotel was excellent and the room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to the harbor and the caves. The staff and owners were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The breakfast option could have been improved by offering a wider variety of choices.
