Amazing place with great wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and air conditioning. On my first stay, the staff helped me with a local taxi number. I highly recommend enjoying the free bikes for exploration. I'll be back for Christmas!

Had a fab stay at Nam Long! The staff are super helpful, especially Hana, who made our late arrival seamless. The room was clean, spacious, and the sea view was a plus. Just be ready for occasional bar noise next door, but they quieted it down early. Would totally return!

I faced multiple challenges during my visit at Nam Long Hotel. The hot water in the shower was inconsistent, lasting mere minutes before turning lukewarm. I also encountered serious communication issues with the staff, as not everyone spoke fluent English, leading to frustration at times.

A hidden gem in Dong Hoi

The warm welcome from the staff was memorable, especially when Hana organized an early breakfast for us after our late arrival. The spacious room offered a stunning view of the river and nearby nightlife.

The cleanliness of the room was commendable, and there were always staff available to assist with luggage. there was an unsettling noise from a neighboring bar late into the evening, and the hot water supply was inconsistent, lasting only a few minutes. Communication was also a challenge, as not all staff members spoke English fluently, leading to some misunderstandings during check-in.

Had a blast staying here with my friends! The staff was super helpful, helping us book our cave tours and even preparing a breakfast for us before we left. The place is super clean and has amazing views, especially the rooftop. Don't miss out on visiting the Phong Nha Cave and Paradise Cave during your stay.

One downside was the neighboring bar that played loud music in the evenings, though it quieted down before bed.
